We’re happy to help our customers process returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

Please note that returned items must be in the same condition you received them and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have the original tag on the garment. We maintain the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

Return Process

1. Within 30 days of your original purchase date, email support@genheration.com with the subject line “Return: Your Order Confirmation Number.”

2. We will reply to your email within 3-5 business days with a printed shipping label for your return. Please note that if you do not have the original packaging your order was shipped in, you are responsible for providing your own packaging for your return. If you do not use the shipping label provided, you will be responsible for the costs of using your own courier.

3. When we receive your return package, we will issue a refund for the item that will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after your return has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process returns upon their receipt. You will receive an email from our support team to confirm that your returned item has been received and a refund has been issued. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (i.e. If you purchased a shirt for $28 and return shipping costs were $8, you will receive a $20 credit to your original payment method.) Please note that the original shipping costs incurred at the time of your original purchase are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you need a new size, color, or style, you will need to process this request as a return as outlined above and place a new order for the product you want. You will be issued a refund after the returned item is received, and the original shipping costs at the time of your original purchase are non-refundable. In your email to support@genheration.com, please indicate the reason for your exchange.

Refund Amounts

All refund amounts are based on the purchase price on your original purchase date as listed on your order confirmation sent via email. Adjustments will not be made if the item’s price has changed since your date of purchase.

Gift Purchases

If you received an item as a gift and you would like to return or exchange the item, you will need to provide the order confirmation number from the purchaser and follow the return or exchange policy stated above. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping

For any questions about the status of your delivery after your order has been placed, please track your order with your tracking number on www.usps.com.

When purchasing merchandise from our website, you agree that the risk of loss and title for any items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, GenHERation® does not take title to any returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.
